I am a UX Research and Designer with a strong background of customer support experience, in and out of the tech/start-up world. I value the importance of UX Research and HCD as well as the constant need to iterate. I hope to help create designs that go from revolutionary ideas to those that are accessible to all. It is important for me to find purpose in my work and I value companies that do the same.
I am solution-oriented and customer-focused, with my experience working in the tech industry, I understand the ebb and flow that comes with start-ups and building a new product. My work as a customer support specialist required me to work alongside Product and UX teams, which is where I found the passion to get involved myself, seeing that I was more than just “solution-oriented,” and more so
someone who wanted to find the solution.
I am flexible and open to change, I think on my feet in unpredictable situations and can resolve issues practically on demand with the help of my time as a crisis counselor.
