Dr. Ansari is a researcher at the Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio where he has advanced the light scattering technology for space experiments on-board the space shuttle orbiter, space station, and biomedical applications here on earth. His research thrust is to diagnose diseases noninvasively and quantitatively before the clinical symptoms appear.
Dr. Ansari is recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions to science & technology. He is frequently invited to deliver lectures all over the world, has served on several national and international scientific advisory panels, and as a guest faculty at several prestigious universities in the U.S. and overseas.
He has over 85 published papers (basic, applied, and clinical research) in peer-reviewed journals and proceedings, three issued patents, and 6 invited book chapters.
