Does my package include booth space?
Standard Booth Space is included from the Startup Exhibitor ($4,000) and Innovation Sponsor ($5,000) onward. The Non-Profit & Government Partner and Industry Partner packages provide convention access and networking without a dedicated booth.
What is the actual in-person attendance vs. the 100K+ network?
The 100K+ figure represents SBMT's global scientist network across all touchpoints. In-person convention attendance figures for 2027 are available upon request from our sponsorship team.
Can we customize a package outside the listed tiers?
Yes. Custom structures are available from the Premier Strategic Sponsor tier ($100,000+), including tailored exhibition layouts, customized keynote sessions, dedicated sponsor lounges, and bespoke media campaigns.
When do we need to submit logo and creative materials?
