Dr. Linda Isaac is a Licensed Psychologist who also specializes in clinical neuroscience research. She is the Director of the Rehabilitation Research Center at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Dr. Isaac conducted her thesis work at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Laboratory for Cognitive Neuroscience. She completed a pre-doctoral research fellowship in psychophysiology at Stanford University. She has international research and teaching experience from her appointment at Radboud University in the Netherlands where she taught several research methodology courses and used EEG to study cognition and emotion. Dr. Isaac is interested in using neuroimaging techniques to study the relationship between brain, mood and cognition in TBI. She has authored many publications on the topic of mood disorders across different patient populations and she has served as an invited guest editor on the relationship between neurological disorders, concomitant psychiatric disorders and cognition.
